One of Homer Watson's first pupils, Ralph Conner began painting in his twenties. He was a founding member and past president of the Kitchener Waterloo Society of Artists. Across the Bay, 1949
This painting actually has a title - Across the Bay - written on the back. There is a signature and a date in the centre bottom of the painting. No doubt painted while visiting his sister, Lillian Van Rooy.
