One of Homer Watson's first pupils, Ralph Conner began painting in his twenties. He was a founding member and past president of the Kitchener Waterloo Society of Artists. On many occasions, his work was accepted and hung in exhibitions of the Royal Canadian Academy and the Ontario Society of Artists.

Television, Preston Highway, 1951
At Alison's. This was a painting that Ralph painted many times. The sign advertising the tv is on the outhouse.
This is a not very good copy of the version at Richard's house. Once I get a better copy I'll post it.
