One of Homer Watson's first pupils, Ralph Conner began painting in his twenties. He was a founding member and past president of the Kitchener Waterloo Society of Artists. On many occasions, his work was accepted and hung in exhibitions of the Royal Canadian Academy and the Ontario Society of Artists.

I own a gorgeous oil painting by Ralph Conner dated 1950 - it is the view from behind Newtex Cleaners on Ottawa Street in Kitchener - the view is of a tobacco farm - I would love to send you an image but I can't figure out how.
